Terms
The terms, plainly
No tricks, and nothing you wouldn’t expect.
Use it in good faith
ummute is a tool for practicing your own speech. Use it for that. Don’t use it to break the law or anyone’s rights, and don’t try to overwhelm or abuse the service — it is small, and runs on a modest budget.
Your recordings are yours
You keep ownership of everything you record. By using ummute you give permission to process those recordings for the single purpose of giving you feedback — the privacy page explains exactly how.
What it can and can’t promise
ummute is offered as it is. Its feedback is careful guidance, not a certified assessment — a coach’s note, not a verdict. The service may change, pause, or go away, and perfect availability isn’t promised.
Your account
You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for the account you use. To close it and have your data removed, email contact.loqd.app@gmail.com.
Changes
These terms may change. Continuing to use ummute after a change means you accept it.
